Original request details:

Brands currently face the inconvenience of having to switch to Shopify to manually create orders and collect payments when customers initiate a purchase via chat. This feature request aims to streamline this process by enabling order creation and payment collection directly within Spur's shared inbox. Brands can generate an order summary, send payment links, and confirm transactions, all without leaving the chat interface. This will significantly reduce manual effort and enhance the customer's buying experience.
