Right now, we send notifications when an account is flagged & messaging limits are increased. That works great.
In scenarios when rating falls or if account gets restricted, meta does send emails. But we should also send notifications in these scenarios as well, giving merchants the best ways to fight this scenario and get the number back live asap.
And also guide them on how to not send spam going ahead.

But we should also send notifications in these scenarios as well, giving merchants the best ways to fight this scenario and get the number back live asap. And also guide them on how to not send spam going ahead. Expected behavior - Make the requested action possible without manual workaround - Ensure behavior is visible and predictable in product UI - Handle edge cases with clear user-facing errors Business impact - Reduces manual operational effort for teams - Improves consistency and customer experience - Helps teams move faster with fewer support escalations Legacy category: Improvement
