Current System: Users currently need to download a Spur Contacts CSV, then copy and paste data from their records, often requiring complex Google Sheets formulas and extensive data manipulation.Suggested Improvement: Develop a more intuitive contact import process where users can upload their own CSV file. A modal in Spur would allow users to match their CSV column headers with Spur's contact fields (First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Country Code, Phone Number with/without Country Code, Email, Profile Photo URL, Tags, Channel, OPT-IN). This would accommodate various data formats, like different columns for phone numbers and country codes, simplifying the import process without the need for complex formulas.Requested by Multiple Customers
