This process typically relies on Shopify triggers like 'Order Created'. Suggested Improvement: Modify the order cancellation action to allow customers to cancel orders using the Order Name, which they have access to. This change would enable customers to initiate cancellations directly, without relying on Shopify triggers or needing the Order ID, thereby enhancing the customer experience and streamlining the cancellation process.
