Current System: Presently, managing and navigating through a large number of automation flows can be challenging, especially when active flows are mixed with paused ones without clear sorting or filtering options.

Suggested Improvement: Implement filters and sorting options in the automation flows list. Filters should include options for 'Channel' (Instagram/Facebook, WhatsApp) and 'Active/Paused' status. Sorting options should allow users to organize flows by 'Created Date' and 'Modified Date'. This enhancement will make it easier for users to find and manage their flows, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of overlooking active flows.
