So when on Shopify, any order is marked as "RETURN IN PROGRESS" , it would be really helpful for me if spur could shoot a message of return on their WhatsApp number.

Because I’m a small business owner, I first want to eliminate the doubt that our website is fraudulent since the prices are so cheap

And secondly, I also want the customer to be aware of the loss that they’re causing a small business. If a product is returned.

This as I have seen in the past has helped me increase the number of paid orders from COD orders and also gain trust factor with my customers who in future return to my store

The feature is currently not available on SPUR, but I have to do this spa so this will be so so helpful for me if it could be automated
