Add/Remove/Change Emojis in journeys

REQUEST_SUMMARY_V2 Problem - Currently, in the instagram product card there is a fire emoji that is non removable - this came to our notice. However, being a luxury brand, such emojis do not match our brand aesthetic and it would be nice to be in control of the tone of voice that the brand has.
