Current System: Currently, Spur's shared inbox displays direct messages (DMs) but does not include comments from Instagram posts. This requires support teams to switch between Spur and Instagram to manage and respond to comments, which can be inefficient and time-consuming. While comments that receive automated replies are already shown in Spur, comments without automated replies are not visible within the shared inbox.
Suggested Feature: Integrate the ability to display and manage Instagram comments directly within Spur's shared inbox. This feature would allow support teams to view and reply to comments, including those that are not automated, without leaving the Spur platform. By centralizing all customer interactions in one place, this enhancement would improve workflow efficiency and ensure timely responses to customer queries and feedback.
