Currently, all clients receive English flow templates by default when they connect WhatsApp. A customer suggested that customers should be able to select their locale during onboarding and decide whether they want English flows enabled automatically.
This would allow us to generate pre-made templates aligned with the customer’s preferred language and onboarding context. While 98% of customers currently use English, this feature could improve flexibility and localization for the remaining use cases.
