REQUEST_SUMMARY_V2 Problem - Some customers want an automation like flow of messages where the live chat starts with giving some basic options (like language), and then more options. Depending on all those options, there are different messages/options shown in response. It would be like a WhatsApp welcome flow automation but done in live chat instead.
