Problem:

While collecting leads through phone numbers in DM automation, valid inputs like +91 98765 43210 fail because there is no default phone number validation or normalization.

Why this is an issue:

Users enter phone numbers in different formats

Automation fails even for valid numbers

Phone-number-based leads are lost due to formatting issues

Suggestion:

Introduce a default phone number variable with built-in validation that:

Automatically handles country codes

Ignores spaces and special characters

Accepts common user-entered formats

Impact:

This will greatly improve lead collection via DM automation and reduce user drop-offs.
