Let's Dress Up (Brand name) requested this feature since they have a flow that goes something like this and their use case definitely is well thought out and makes sense.
Their situation: They have this re-engagement flow that carries on for a period of 50 days. It gets triggered after a delivery of a product to their customers, then there are multiple delays and in between all those delays they keep presenting their customers offers and discounts in order to re-engage and drive sales. And the 'Last Step' column can tell them where each customer is on their flow journey and they need to export that data for their use as well. This way they can engineer touchpoints with the client to drive sales and somewhat predict when the next purchase from them will be and if there isn't any at the end of 50 days, they'll know that ''hey this person is immune to offers no matter what offer or discount we throw at them'' and then they'll invest their energy somewhere else since marketing messages cost money.
