Original request details:
Currently, when a user imports a CSV file, they need to manually create a segment after the import if they want to categorize the imported data. Adding an option to automatically create a segment during the CSV import process will save time and streamline the workflow.
Suggested Feature:
Checkbox Option: Add a checkbox during the CSV import process labeled "Create a Segment with this Import."
When checked:
Automatically create a segment named after the file name or allow users to specify a name for the segment.
Assign all imported entries to this segment, making it immediately usable for automation flows, broadcasts, or analytics.
When unchecked:
The import proceeds as usual without creating a segment.
Benefits:
Efficiency: Eliminates the need to switch between tasks, reducing time and effort for users.
Organization: Ensures imported data is grouped effectively for immediate action.
Ease of Use: Simplifies the user experience by combining related actions into one seamless process.
