It would be great to go to specific chats faster based on tags assingned , on then side of the panel, there will be tags list with counts.
it will also help to go to priority chats first and soo on, this will help organize chats before even openeing the chats , by using auto assign tags feature of SPUR for differenciating between sales or support query
this feature will be useful for many stores
