Original request details:

By default (at the time of writing) DeliveryBoost works for 24 hours from the time of sending a marketing message or until it is delivered, whichever happens first.

Brands have requested the ability to increase/decrease the 24 hour time period. While some want to prolong DeliveryBoost to get better delivery rates, others want to reduce it for more time sensitive broadcasts.

Use cases shared:

1. Want to increase DeliveryBoost from 24 hours for better delivery rates on broadcasts/automations.

2. Want to decrease DeliveryBoost duration below 24 hours in case of Flash Sales.

REQUEST_SUMMARY_V2 Problem - By default (at the time of writing) DeliveryBoost works for 24 hours from the time of sending a marketing message or until it is delivered, whichever happens first. Brands have requested the ability to increase/decrease the 24 hour time period. While some want to prolong DeliveryBoost to get better delivery rates, others want to reduce it for more time sensitive broadcasts. Use cases shared: 1. Want to increase DeliveryBoost from 24 hours for better delivery rates on broadcasts/automations. 2. Want to decrease DeliveryBoost duration below 24 hours in case of Flash Sales. Expected behavior - Allow this condition/action directly in workflow builder - Support testing with real sample events before publishing - Provide clear logs for why a workflow did or did not run Business impact - Reduces manual operational effort for teams - Improves consistency and customer experience - Helps teams move faster with fewer support escalations Legacy category: Improvement
