Exclude Old Posts in AI Product Linking

REQUEST_SUMMARY_V2 Problem - Current System: Currently, when AI Link Products is enabled, it may link products to all posts regardless of their posting date. Suggested Feature: Implement a date filter within the AI Link Products feature. This would allow users to set a specific date, ensuring that products are only linked to posts made after this date. This enhancement would prevent the linking of products to older, potentially irrelevant posts, thereby improving the accuracy and relevance of automated product linking.
