Current System: At present, users can only connect individual products in the product message feature within automation flows. The current workaround involves using the Card Message type, where users manually add photos and links to the collection.
Suggested Improvement: Improve the product message feature to allow for the selection of product collections, in addition to individual products. This enhancement would eliminate the need for the current manual workaround, providing a more efficient and streamlined way to showcase a broader range of products or themed collections in automated responses.
