Description:

We propose adding a new variable that calculates the total price after applying the discount for the Convert COD to Prepaid discount flow. This feature will enable brands to display the discounted total price directly within the message sent to customers, encouraging them to convert their COD orders to prepaid.

Problem Statement:

Currently, the Convert COD to Prepaid discount flow allows brands to offer a discount to customers who switch from Cash on Delivery (COD) to prepaid payment. However, the actual discounted total price is not displayed in the message, making it less compelling for customers to understand the benefit of converting to prepaid.

Proposed Solution:

Introduce a variable that automatically calculates and displays the total price after the discount is applied. This variable will be used in the message templates for the Convert COD to Prepaid discount flow.
