Way to find all failed flows and fix them

REQUEST_SUMMARY_V2 Problem - We currently send emails when a flow fails, but there is no way for a spur user to know the moment they open the analytics that if there is something wrong with the flow and maybe steps on how to fix it. Maybe we can show a banner on this flow is failing and it should be fixed on top of the flow analytics? Expected behavior - Allow this condition/action directly in workflow builder - Support testing with real sample events before publishing - Provide clear logs for why a workflow did or did not run Business impact - Reduces manual operational effort for teams - Improves consistency and customer experience - Helps teams move faster with fewer support escalations Legacy category: Improvement
