Currently, if a template is edited after a broadcast is scheduled, the broadcast will fail, two things to do here
1. verify if the template is up-to-date, including its language, and only then allow scheduling a broadcast
2. send an email in case a broadcast fails along with common debugging information to the merchant to debug the issue faster.
